Privacy policy

Your data, your control.

By using IPTVX you understand and accept that:

  1. IPTVX is a utility app that allows you to parse your playlists and watch your content. IPTVX, the associated company "Bending X - FZE", and its members do not provide any content for it. You are the only one responsible for the content you provide and play with IPTVX.
  2. IPTVX stores only the account, security, subscription, and consent data needed to operate the service you choose to use.
  3. When you create or access an IPTVX account, IPTVX may store your account email, authentication status, security settings, linked subscription identifiers, and your optional yes/no consent for IPTVX offers, product news, and updates. Marketing consent is separate from accepting the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
  4. IPTVX, using Apple Framework CloudKit, stores on your iCloud your preferences, settings, and progress, such as playlists, favorites, continue watching, hidden channels, parental controls, and more. This data remains accessible only to you. This data is on your iCloud and will use your iCloud space if available, or it will not work otherwise.
  5. It is your choice whether or not to report a bug. When you do this, the app will ask if you want to attach or not the log file. The log file might contain information regarding what streams you tried to play with eventual related errors.
  6. IPTVX uses an iCloud hashed ID to determine user flows and to track analytics events of the usage of the app. However, IPTVX does not have any access to your identity and to your private info such as your email account, name, phone, and other personal data. The analytics collected are only meant for app functionality and performance improvements and they are not linked to your identity.
  7. IPTVX may offer optional free, ad-supported access on supported mobile devices and Mac when we enable it. Paid subscribers and users with an active ad-free entitlement do not see ads. When ads are enabled, IPTVX uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request, store, and apply consent choices where required. On Apple platforms, IPTVX may also ask for App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission before accessing the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA); if you do not allow tracking, or where consent is not available or is limited, ads may be contextual, non-personalized, or limited. To serve, measure, protect, and limit ads, Google and its partners may receive device, app, network, approximate location, diagnostics, consent status, ad interaction data, and the advertising identifier only when permitted. IPTVX does not send Google a custom IPTVX user ID for ads. If required ad consent is denied or unavailable, or if Google reports that ads cannot be requested, IPTVX removes ad-supported access and restores the normal subscription gates. You can review or change ad consent from IPTVX settings where the consent entry is available, and you can change ATT permission in device Settings.
