Refunds through Apple

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. To request a refund:

1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Sign in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
3. Choose "Request a refund" and select IPTVX.
4. Pick a reason, add details, and submit.

Account & billing

Manage subscriptions from your Apple ID settings on any device. IPTVX does not handle payments directly.
