Bug Report
Send the issue with enough detail to reproduce it.
This form sends the report directly to the IPTVX bug-report backend. Attach logs or screenshots when possible.
- Include the exact app version from IPTVX settings.
- Select every Apple area affected by the issue.
- Use the steps, expected result, and actual result fields precisely.
- Logs and screenshots help us close the issue faster.
Privacy note
Attached logs may contain stream URLs, playback attempts, and technical diagnostics needed to investigate the problem.
Website purchases
If a subscription was purchased directly from the IPTVX website, the IPTVX account panel is the right place to review the plan, request cancellation, and request a refund during the first 48 hours after purchase.
After the first 48 hours, standard website refunds are not issued unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Refunds through Apple
Apple, Google, Amazon, and other platform purchases remain managed by the original billing platform. For Apple purchases, to request a refund:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
- Choose "Request a refund" and select IPTVX.
- Pick a reason, add details, and submit.
Account & billing
IPTVX subscriptions cover app features only. IPTVX does not provide channels, playlists, streams, or media content.
If a linked billing line comes from Apple, Google, or Amazon, cancellation, upgrades, downgrades, and refunds must be handled there. If the line comes from the IPTVX website, the account panel should be used for website billing actions.
