Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and Bending X, based in Dubai, for your use of IPTVX, IPTVX accounts, IPTVX websites, direct web subscriptions, and the IPTVX apps where these terms are referenced.

By using IPTVX, creating an account, signing in with Apple or Google, using a passkey, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the IPTVX Privacy Policy.

2. IPTVX is a player

IPTVX is a player and account service. Bending X does not provide television channels, playlists, video streams, audio streams, or other third-party media content. You are solely responsible for the content, playlists, credentials, files, URLs, and services that you add to IPTVX, and for ensuring that you have the legal right to access and use them.

Any IPTVX subscription, including a direct website subscription, is a software subscription for IPTVX features that help you manage and play your own content and playlists. It is not a purchase of, or subscription to, video content, television channels, playlists, streaming sources, IPTV services, or any third-party media library.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your IPTVX account secure. IPTVX may require password authentication, authenticator-based two-factor authentication, backup codes, passkeys, and provider sign-in such as Apple or Google. You must keep your backup codes private and use the log out all devices function if you believe your password, account, or a logged-in device has been compromised.

If you continue with Apple or Google and an IPTVX account is created or linked, your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy applies to that account.

4. Subscriptions and platform access

IPTVX subscriptions may be sold through Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or directly from the IPTVX website. The purchase source determines where the subscription entitlement is available unless the product page or checkout terms clearly state otherwise.

Direct website purchases may also include access on future IPTVX platforms if and when those platforms are released, technically supported, and enabled for IPTVX account sign-in. This is not a guarantee that every future platform will be released or included. Store-based purchases remain limited to the store ecosystem where the purchase was made unless IPTVX clearly states otherwise in the product page or checkout terms.

Some subscription features, device support, entitlement syncing, family sharing, and account linking features may vary by app version, platform rules, store rules, and technical availability. Before completing a direct website purchase, you may be required to confirm that you are buying IPTVX software access only and that no video content, channels, playlists, streams, or media subscriptions are included.

Unless the checkout page clearly states otherwise, a Personal subscription or Personal lifetime entitlement is for personal use only and permits up to 1 personal device connected at the same time. A Family Sharing subscription or Family Sharing lifetime entitlement is limited to one household and permits up to 6 devices connected at the same time for members of that same household. "Household" means people who normally live together at the same residential address.

Sharing a Personal subscription, Personal lifetime entitlement, Family Sharing subscription, or Family Sharing lifetime entitlement outside the permitted scope is not allowed. Attempts to bypass device limits, rotate unrelated users through the same account, resell access, share credentials outside the household, misrepresent household membership, or otherwise abuse the subscription model may result in fraud checks, temporary suspension, permanent account ban, termination of access, refusal of future purchases, and any other remedies available under these Terms or applicable law. Bending X may use reasonable technical and account-safety measures to detect and prevent abuse.

If a lifetime plan is offered, "lifetime" means access to the relevant IPTVX software features for the lifetime of the original account holder, but only for as long as the IPTVX service continues to operate and the applicable IPTVX product and supported platforms remain available. Lifetime access is not a guarantee that IPTVX, any specific app, or any supported platform will operate indefinitely. Lifetime access is personal to the original account holder and is not transferable, assignable, inheritable, resellable, or shareable with any other person, except where a Family Sharing plan expressly permits use by members of the same household under these Terms.

Bending X may require reasonable verification that a lifetime account is still being used by the original account holder and within the permitted scope. If Bending X determines that a lifetime account has been transferred, sold, inherited, shared outside the permitted household, or otherwise used by someone other than the original account holder, Bending X may suspend or terminate access. IPTVX distribution depends in part on third-party app stores and platforms, including Apple, Google, Amazon, and any rules, laws, technical requirements, or availability decisions that apply to them. If a store or platform change outside Bending X's control limits or removes IPTVX availability, Bending X will make reasonable efforts where practical, but that event does not automatically create a refund right for a completed lifetime purchase.

5. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Apple, Google Play, and Amazon purchases are billed and refunded by the relevant store. Bending X cannot directly refund those purchases. You must manage refund requests, cancellations, billing issues, and payment disputes through the store where the purchase was made.

IPTVX uses a freemium model: the app may be downloaded free of charge, while premium features are unlocked by a paid subscription. Direct website subscriptions provide a digital service with immediate access to premium features. Before completing a direct website purchase, you must expressly request immediate activation and acknowledge that, once premium access starts, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for change-of-mind refunds.

After premium access has started following that acknowledgement, direct website purchases are not refundable solely because you changed your mind, stopped using IPTVX, forgot to cancel renewal, selected the wrong plan, or no longer want the subscription. Bending X may still issue refunds where required by mandatory consumer law, where a duplicate or erroneous charge occurred, where premium access was not provided, or at its sole discretion.

Direct website subscription renewals can be canceled from the IPTVX account page. The cancellation stops future renewal for that direct website subscription after the current paid period, subject to the payment provider flow connected to the account.

Direct website subscription renewals, duration changes, and tier changes are managed from the IPTVX account page. A downgrade, including Family Sharing to Personal, or a duration change that does not increase access, is scheduled for the next renewal after the current paid period ends unless checkout clearly states otherwise. If autorenew was disabled and you choose a new renewing plan, you will be informed that autorenew is being enabled for the new renewal.

An upgrade, including Personal to Family Sharing, may start immediately. In that case, the payment provider may apply a pro-rata credit for the unused portion of the current direct website subscription and charge the upgraded plan immediately. The exact charge, credit, taxes, and timing are shown by the payment provider before payment.

If you purchase a lifetime direct website plan, future renewal for the replaced direct website subscription is stopped and the account receives the applicable lifetime access entitlement. If you already purchased Personal Lifetime access and later upgrade to Family Sharing Lifetime access, the upgrade price is calculated from the then-current Family Sharing Lifetime access price minus the amount you originally paid for Personal Lifetime access, subject to payment-provider implementation and mandatory law. If prices later increase, the deduction is still based on what you originally paid for Personal Lifetime access, not on the new Personal Lifetime access price. Downgrading from Family Sharing Lifetime access to Personal Lifetime access is not available. Re-purchasing a lifetime entitlement already active on the same account is not allowed.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under your local law. Cancellations stop future renewals; they do not automatically refund past charges.

6. External services

IPTVX may use or link to third-party services for metadata, playback components, subtitles, app distribution, payment processing, analytics, account sign-in, or other features. These services may change, become unavailable, impose limits, or apply their own terms. Bending X is not responsible for third-party services, content, outages, or restrictions.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use IPTVX to infringe intellectual property rights, violate the law, bypass access controls, distribute illegal content, abuse account systems, reverse engineer the service, interfere with security features, or misuse refunds, subscriptions, or support channels.

8. Changes

Bending X may update IPTVX, supported devices, subscription features, prices, account requirements, security requirements, and these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of IPTVX after changes are posted means that you accept the updated terms.
