Describe what happened, where it happened, and which device you used. Reports are sent to IPTVX support.

Check FAQ first

Do not include playlist URLs, passwords, or private stream credentials. If logs are needed, send them from the IPTVX app bug report flow.

Refunds and withdrawal

Refunds depend on where the subscription was purchased and whether premium access has started:

  1. Apple purchases: visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Google Play purchases: manage refunds through Google Play order history.
  3. Amazon purchases: manage refunds through Amazon Appstore billing.
  4. Direct website purchases: premium access starts immediately after purchase. After the checkout acknowledgement, change-of-mind refunds are excluded; billing errors and mandatory consumer rights remain covered.

Account & billing

Store renewals are canceled in the store where you subscribed. Direct IPTVX website subscription renewals can be canceled from the IPTVX account page; cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund the active paid period.
